SHS Handling Solutions Ltd has officially acquired Durham-based Warehouse Service Solutions Ltd (WSS), strengthening its nationwide engineering coverage.
Taking effect on 1st June 2026, the acquisition integrates WSS’s 30 years of manual pallet truck servicing expertise into SHS under the SHS Handling Solutions name. The move expands SHS’s existing engineering footprint, increasing engineer density and reducing response times across the North of England.
