Huboo, the UK-headquartered software-enabled commerce and fulfilment platform backed by funds managed by BlackRock and Atalla Capital, has announced the launch of its US operations. This marks a milestone in the company’s international expansion strategy and its evolution into a global commerce infrastructure platform spanning fulfilment, logistics, software and the supply chain.

The US launch establishes Huboo’s operational presence in one of the world’s largest ecommerce and logistics markets and forms part of the company’s broader strategy to support brands with integrated cross-border commerce infrastructure. This complements Huboo’s current operations in the UK, Netherlands and Spain, with key partnerships across the Middle East and Asia.

Backed by funds including those managed by BlackRock and Atalla Capital, Huboo supports over 400 fast-growing and established brands – from emerging ecommerce businesses through to national and global retailers – representing an estimated $8bn+ of GMV across multiple territories.

Huboo’s new US capability will support:

•US brands expanding internationally

•European and UK brands entering the US market

•Multi-channel fulfilment including D2C, retail and marketplaces

•Amazon and marketplace integration

•Cross-border shipping and returns

•Integrated supply chain visibility and orchestration

Huboo’s specialist expertise spans key high-growth retail sectors including food and beverage, health and wellness, vitamins and supplements, retail and apparel, home electronics and consumer goods, serving clients including Carbon My Ride and Sacro Experience SL.

One company leveraging Huboo to support its international growth is Way of the Rope, the movement and fitness brand. After initially partnering with Huboo in the UK, the company has since expanded into the Netherlands and is now entering the US market.

Tim Shieff, founder of Way of the Rope, said: “We needed a partner who could support our ambitious expansion plans into the US, and Huboo is that partner. I am grateful for everything they have done for us in the UK and Europe so far, and I have real confidence in their ability to support our next stage of growth.”

Another company is music innovator Sacro Experience SL. Laura Moreno commented: “’We are delighted to be launching in the United States. With an existing customer base already supported by Huboo Fulfilment, we are well positioned to further develop and scale our ecommerce music merchandising business.”

Dallas was selected for its strategic position within the North American logistics network, enabling national distribution coverage and helping brands unlock new markets from day one.
