Global fulfilment and growth partner IFGlobal has joined forces with Growth Studio to support the Breakout Beauty UK accelerator programme, an initiative helping the next generation of high-growth beauty brands scale faster and build the infrastructure needed for sustainable, international growth.

The programme brings together beauty business leaders, founders and specialist partners – including Boots, TikTok Shop, Bird & Bird, HSBC Innovation Banking, FDD International, Amcor and IFGlobal – to give ambitious beauty brands the expertise and systems required to compete in today’s fast-moving market.
As the programme’s exclusive fulfilment partner, IFGlobal will provide strategic guidance on logistics, operational scalability and fulfilment infrastructure – areas that increasingly define the success of high-growth ecommerce brands.
IFGlobal Founder and CEO, James Bartlett, will join the Growth Studio Beauty Board as an official programme ambassador, alongside a handpicked cohort of industry experts, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers including Susie Ma (Tropic Skincare), Rochelle Humes (My Little Coco), Michael Douglas (MD London), Oriele Frank (Elemis), Ning Cheah (The Beauty Crop), Jamelia Donaldson (TreasureTress) and Mitchell Halliday (Made by Mitchell).
“Beauty is one of the fastest-moving sectors in ecommerce, though scaling operations can quickly become complex,” said Bartlett. “Partnering with Growth Studio allows us to support ambitious founders earlier in their journey, helping them build fulfilment and logistics strategies designed to grow with them.”
Participants in the Breakout Beauty accelerator programme will gain access to industry expertise across multiple growth disciplines, including brand strategy, customer acquisition, retail expansion and operational infrastructure.
Jane Derbyshire, Commercial and Sales Director at IFGlobal, added, “We were fortunate to attend the Breakout Beauty grand finale last year and were blown away by the talent and drive of the participants. We just had to be involved this year, showing founders that fulfilment isn’t just a back-office function, but a strategic growth driver. From inventory management to international logistics and the post-purchase customer experience, every operational decision impacts brand loyalty and future growth.”
“Breakout Beauty UK was created to give ambitious founders the kind of access, expertise and opportunities that typically take years to build. The impact we saw in our first year — from retail listings to investment interest — proved just how powerful the right support network can be,” said Paul Finch, Breakout Beauty UK Chief Architect and Growth Studio Co-Founder. “For 2026, we’re scaling the programme significantly, bringing in even more partners and deeper expertise to help the next wave of beauty entrepreneurs build multi-million-pound brands and become the names everyone is talking about.”
The partnership reflects IFGlobal’s ongoing commitment to supporting high-growth ecommerce brands across beauty and wellness, apparel, and lifestyle, providing scalable infrastructure that enables expansion across channels and global markets.
