At interpack 2026, BEUMER Group presented its latest developments in automated end-of-line packaging, designed to achieve higher throughput, improved efficiency and long-term operational reliability. Visitors also discovered how the company combines decades of materials handling expertise with the latest data-driven insights, making it a “Partner of Choice” for integrated packaging solutions for the consumer goods, building materials and petrochemical sectors.

With more than 90 years of experience in material handling, BEUMER Group combines in-depth process expertise with system-wide integration capabilities. Its solutions cover the entire end-of-line chain, from filling and palletising through to packaging, and are designed to streamline operations while ensuring consistent product quality and protection. These technologies are backed by comprehensive and flexible customer support, enabling customers to select the most appropriate servicing, rental or purchase model for their business.

Latest packaging technologies

On the stand were high-performance palletising technologies, including the latest generation of the BEUMER paletpac layer palletiser. Designed for building materials handling, it delivers enhanced throughput of up to 3,200 bags per hour, combining speed with precise stacking quality and long-term reliability. Accompanying it was the BEUMER robotpac system, which provides flexible, automated palletising for a wide range of product formats and industries.

BEUMER Group also showcased the BEUMER stretch hood A, which ensures high load stability and protection for all palletised goods during transport and storage. Compared to conventional alternatives such as shrink hooding or stretch wrapping, stretch hood technology is more energy- and material-efficient, reducing operational costs while maintaining high throughput.

Making your data work harder

Digitalisation is key to improving efficiency and uptime in end-of-line packaging, but only if operational data is translated into actionable insights. BEUMER Group’s Customer Diagnostic Center (CDC) can analyse data from palletising and packaging systems to identify performance bottlenecks, optimise throughput and stabilise operations. By enabling predictive maintenance and proactive support, the CDC helps operations reduce unplanned downtime, maintain consistent line performance, and ensure reliable product dispatch.

Flexible partnership

Visitors learned about the BEUMER Lifetime Partner Program, which includes diagnostic tools, maintenance support and continuous optimisation throughout the system lifecycle. Further business models like “Rent-to-Own” and “Pay-per-Use” can be combined with Lifetime Partner services to create a customised solution.
