One of the UK’s leading e-commerce fulfilment specialists, J&J® Global Fulfilment has announced an unparalleled peak period for 2025, securing record-breaking figures for order volumes and dispatch rates, and receiving continued positive feedback internally and externally.

J&J® received 776,748 orders over peak 2025 (24th November – 7th December), which is an uplift of 24% year-on-year. The business also fulfilled and dispatched 558,322 orders over the same period, breaking last year’s record and seeing an increase of 19% from 2024.

Thanks to further investment and advancements in the proprietary warehouse management system, CommandPort™, the J&J® team picked 2,054,374 units throughout the period, representing a 20% year-on-year increase.
