Digital transformation initiatives are a major trend in the warehouse space. It is no longer a luxury, it’s a strategic imperative. We are helping our customers choose the right tools, the right integration approach, and the right technology to set up the company for the best chance at success.
Can you tell us about any recent customer contracts and how you helped the customer meet their challenges?
Two recent customer stories in the UK illustrate the transformational impact our solutions can have. Silmid, headquartered in Coleshill near Birmingham, is a specialist distributor of chemical consumables used throughout aerospace and aviation, supplying customers in over 100 countries. After implementing our voice-driven optimisation technology, they realised order accuracy of 99.9%, efficiency gains of 35%, and a 60% improvement in throughput.
How does business in 2025 compare to previous years? What’s your strategy for succeeding in the current climate?
We continue to see tremendous growth as the pace of digital warehouse transformation continues in our industry. We are keenly focused on helping our customers build a more dynamic warehouse, which is an operation that can quickly, and cost effectively respond to changes in supply, demand, and resources, by continuously optimising operations. The Dynamic Warehouse outperforms static operations by leveraging smart software, real-time data and adaptable decision-making technology to make you as agile, flexible and poised for growth as possible.
Are you taking part in any major trade shows? Can you tell us what you’ll be exhibiting there?
We are attending the IMHX 25 and Intralogistex 26 tradeshows at the NEC. Our visitors will learn firsthand about how to make your operations more flexible and adaptable with the Dynamic Warehouse and how to outperform static operations by leveraging smart software, real-time data and adaptable decision-making technology.
