The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) has reappointed Paul Danks, SIOR.FRICS, Non-Executive Chairman at BE Design Group and Consultant at 3PL Real Estate, to serve another two-year term on the SIOR Board of Directors as International Representative.
Danks, an industrial and logistics specialist, has been a member of SIOR since 2009. With over 40 years of experience as a trusted advisor to leading occupiers worldwide, his work focuses on business transformation and the implementation of strategies to reduce cost, enhance value, and ensure that maximum efficiencies, general wellbeing, and the achievement of sustainability objectives are derived from the occupation of real estate.
