What’s the most exciting thing about your job?

Helping clients find the right solution for them, and fully believing that the technology you are selling is going to add value to their day-to-day work life. It’s great watching them in our Experience Centre getting just as excited about the tech as I am and starting to visualise how it would work in their own warehouses.

Who has inspired you most in your career?

My daughter – one million percent. Everything I do is for her. I want to show her how work can be so rewarding not just from a financial point of view but from a fulfilment perspective as well.

If you were an item in a warehouse, what would you be?

I would be an LLOP as I find it hard to sit still, and they are always on the move.

If you had your time again, what would you do different?

I wouldn’t do anything again; I believe everything happens for a reason and as long as you always try your best in everything you do, you can’t regret anything.

What’s your favourite pastime? Do you play a sport, follow a sport or support a team?

I am currently obsessed with Hyrox, I love the variety of the sport and how you can always aim to beat your time.

What’s the most embarrassing thing that’s happened in your career?

I think the most embarrassing thing that happens is when you walk into a presentation, and you can’t get the IT equipment to work when you’re selling tech.

Do you have any hidden talents?

No – what you see is what you get.

Who would be your favourite party guest?

Boris Johnson, my daughter, has such strong opinions about him. I would love to see her come face-to-face with him.

What is the greatest luxury in your life?

Coffee every single day!

If you won the Lottery, what would you do?

Travel the world and work from somewhere hot!

What’s your dream holiday?

Travel to Columbia to trek the lost city.

What’s your favourite music album?

At this moment in time, it’s probably Fred Again. I love how effortlessly he is himself. I’ve been following him since Lockdown before his fan base grew, and it’s just amazing to see someone love what they do in their world.

What’s your favourite movie or Netflix series?

Cable Girls – It’s a Spanish TV series about the ladies who connected the telephone calls. Honestly incredible!

What would be your advice to someone thinking about coming into the industry (apart from “don’t do it”)?

Be yourself – everyone in this industry is completely unique, and it’s that uniqueness that comes together to create something truly special. I wouldn’t want to do anything else.
