What are your best-known products/solutions/services?

TVH stands out for its extensive range of parts and accessories for material handling machines, industrial vehicles, construction and agricultural machinery. TVH elevates customer support with unique services such as TVH University, offering specialised training for customer employees, and GemOne, a comprehensive fleet and safety management solution. These are just a small sample of our offerings.

Furthermore, TVH’s dedication to quality and continuous improvement is evident through its own brands, including TotalSource, Bepco, CAM attachments and EnergicPlus.

Which industry sectors are your customers in and which ones are growing fastest?

TVH serves diverse sectors, including machinery and parts resellers, rental companies, repairers and companies with large fleets of machinery. The fastest growing segment is small earthmoving equipment, such as backhoe loaders, compact track loaders, mini-excavators and skid steer loaders, which are vital in construction, landscaping, agriculture and industrial applications.

What are the major trends and developments affecting your category and your customers, and how are you responding?

A significant trend in the market is the increasing presence of Chinese manufacturers. TVH is addressing this by investing in partnerships with Chinese OEMs to reflect this shift. We have already started partnerships in the MEWP industry with companies such as Sinoboom and Zoomlion.

Moreover, the trend towards electrification is developing rapidly. We have a dedicated electrical systems design team to support electrification efforts and actively monitor this trend.

What key factors contribute to TVH’s ability to consistently deliver high-quality components that meet OEM standards?

TVH’s product quality is enhanced by its strategic partnerships with top brands such as Albright, APP, Baldwin filters, Curtis, Delta-Q, Denso, Parker, and Rexroth. These partnerships ensure that TVH can supply high-quality components that meet OEM standards.

Moreover, TVH’s commitment to quality is underlined by robust quality control measures and advanced testing tools, which rigorously evaluate both primary and alternative parts for reliability and performance.

What’s the latest news from your company?

Recent developments within our company include our significant sponsorship of the Belgian Rugby Federation starting September 2023. This decision reflects our shared core values with rugby, such as teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.

In 2023, TVH achieved a significant milestone by remanufacturing a record number of parts, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. Additionally, TVH UK has recently become a Certified Excellence Partner for Bosch Rexroth, enhancing our service and delivery of top-quality mobile hydraulics. This certification underscores our dedication to providing the highest standards of service and the best solutions for our customers.

Can you tell us about any areas where you’re currently making technical advances e.g., safety, sustainability, environment?

TVH is making significant advances in safety and sustainability. Our telematics solution GemOne provides real-time data to optimise equipment operation and improve safety. Additionally, we distribute the award-winning Harness ON™.

TVH is also focusing on sustainability by reducing its carbon footprint, promoting recycling and supporting renewable energy projects.

Are you taking part in any major trade shows? Can you tell us what you’ll be exhibiting there?

Yes, we are actively participating in over 25 trade shows worldwide throughout 2024. These shows span various industries including material handling, construction, agriculture, and industrial sectors. In the UK, our presence this year will be highlighted at Vertikal Days at the Newark Showground on 11 and 12 September. Additionally, we are ensuring our participation at major international exhibitions such as LogiMat, InterMat, CeMAT, and more. We also extend invitations to our customers to visit our headquarters or local branches, providing them with opportunities to engage directly with our products and team.
