A Bedfordshire headquarters-style building has been sold to a major self-storage company, commercial property consultancy Kirkby Diamond announced.

Paragon House, at Woburn Park Industrial Estate in Bedford, has been acquired by Cinch Self Storage. The 14,500 sq ft high-specification light industrial, storage and office building, which sits on a 1.4-acre site, has changed hands for an undisclosed sum.

Andrew Clarke, agency associate at Kirkby Diamond’s Bedford office, said the prominent property had been acquired by Cinch Self Storage following an extensive and innovative marketing campaign, including the use of a drone ‘fly through’ of the building.

Cinch Self Storage started in Oxfordshire in the late 2010s and now has more than 20 sites across London and the south east, with more locations being added soon. Its aim is to take care of all its customers’ self-storage needs, whether they are a domestic or business customer, moving house or looking for new office space.
