Swisslog and KUKA are geared up to make an impact at The National Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition, taking place in Dublin 28th-29th May 2024. Swisslog, an expert in data-driven logistics technology, and parent company KUKA, a pioneer in Industry 4.0 automated manufacturing solutions, will highlight the expansive capabilities of automation.

Swisslog and KUKA will exhibit on Stand H01 to showcase their commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and driving the future of robotics and automation in logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing.

The future of robotics

At this year’s exhibition, Adam Fox, Business Development Manager for Ireland & UK at Swisslog, will present two insightful sessions that address key trends in warehouse automation and the future of robotics. The first is a fireside chat titled “What is possible in the realm of autonomous systems? The answer, anything…”. Joined by Brian Cooney, Managing Director of KUKA Ireland, this session will explore mobile and collaborative robotics, highlighting how these technologies enhance safety and productivity through human-machine collaboration.

In a second session titled ‘Conquering supply chain challenges with warehouse automation’, attendees will learn how they can overcome operational challenges such as labour availability, increasing service level expectations, and space constraints. With a focus on practical applications like pallet handling, automated storage, and advanced picking solutions, Adam will share success stories demonstrating significant efficiency gains.

Setting new standards

While this marks Swisslog’s debut exhibition in Ireland, KUKA boasts a well-established presence in the region, bringing a rich history of technological advancement and market expertise to the partnership.

“We are excited to participate in Ireland’s foremost manufacturing and supply chain exhibition and use it as a platform to inform of the real-world efficiencies a range of warehouse automation can provide to operations across many industries”,” said Adam Fox of Swisslog. “Our collaboration with KUKA at this conference is just the beginning of showcasing the immense potential of integrated robotics solutions.”

Attendees are invited to visit Stand H01 to discover how Swisslog and KUKA are setting new standards in the realm of industrial automation and to engage with key industry leaders about the advancements in robotic technologies.
