WCAworld shows its commitment to final mile operations through the appointment of a new e-commerce Director and Director of World Parcel Alliance. Harald Oechsner and Steve Howard have joined WCAworld as Director E-commerce and Director World Parcel Alliance, respectively.
WCAworld, the world’s largest independent freight forwarding network, has appointed Oechsner and Howard in the new roles, which report directly to Chairman David Yokeum, to offer its 12,000+ members greater opportunities and industry leading expertise to grow their e-commerce and final mile business.
Harald Oechsner has worked closely with WCAworld members for over 25 years so is well placed to drive the vision of WCAworld’s e-commerce networks in a way that delivers for its members.
Steve Howard will bring to WCAworld over 33 years’ experience in the trucking and final mile industry in the Americas. He is past president of the Customized Logistics and Delivery Association, having been on the board for 14 years.
