The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the world’s leading global professional office and industrial real estate association for real estate professionals, has recently announced that Paul Danks SIOR, FRICS has been appointed to the SIOR Global Board as the International Representative member for the next two years. He is a Director of DRG Group Ltd. and consultant to 3PL Real Estate.
Meanwhile, Patricia J. Loveall, assumed the role of SIOR Global President. Loveall has 30 years of commercial real estate experience specialising in industrial sales and leasing. During this time, Ms. Loveall has been responsible for sales and leasing in excess of 1.58 million square metres (17 million square feet) of industrial and office space and land sales in excess of 324 hectares (800 acres).
