Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading global developer and investor in commercial real estate, has expanded its UK industrial and logistics team through the appointment of Jamie Hargreaves as its second development director in the country, reflecting the international firm’s appetite for acquiring new sites.
Working alongside existing UK development director Matt Jones and reporting to head of UK logistics Mike Forster, Jamie will be responsible for identifying and securing commercial development sites, demonstrating the viability and target returns for investment partners. TCC has acquired three sites in the UK since launching in the country in 2021, in Sheffield, Milton Keynes and Heywood near Manchester, with construction having begun on the first two and a speculative pipeline of around 1.2m sq ft.
