Schoeller Allibert, a leading manufacturer of sustainable returnable packaging for cross-industry applications, will be showcasing its CircuLine® range of sustainability-focused supply chain packaging solutions at the upcoming IMHX event.

Held 6-8 September 2022 at the NEC in Birmingham, UK, the exhibition brings together retailers, manufacturers and logistics businesses to explore the latest in supply chain technology.

On stand 5E37, Schoeller Allibert will be putting its latest range of CircuLine transit packaging solutions in the spotlight. Products are manufactured using 30% or more recycled plastic and as a result, are exempt from the UK Plastic Packaging Tax. The CircuLine range includes a selection of the company’s most tried-and-tested solutions, providing businesses with a powerful new tool to underpin supply chain sustainability.

Nick James, Sales Director, at Schoeller Allibert, explains: “It’s always a pleasure to connect with the industry at leading events such as IMHX, the largest logistics-focused show of its kind. The retail market shifts and evolves at such a fast pace that there’s always something new to discover. We are extremely proud to reveal that for the 2022 event, we are showcasing our CircuLine range for some straight talking on circularity.

“The environmental impact of supply chain operations has been a major talking point, but collectively we need to change that talk into action. At the same time, the UK Plastic Packaging Tax, which attracts fees of £200/tonne on packaging that does not contain at least 30% recycled plastic, is causing a lot of headaches for brands and their supply chains.

“It’s in this volatile environment that our CircuLine range shows its value. As well as containing high levels of plastic recyclate and reducing the reliance on virgin plastics, the solutions are fully recyclable at the end of their lengthy service life. We’re one step closer to a truly closed plastic packaging loop, so we’re aiming to make waves with this design.”

Schoeller Allibert is a leading supplier of durable transit packaging, designed to enhance operations and drive new efficiencies. Its pioneering and often-imitated range of high-performance plastic foldable, stackable and nestable containers, bulk containers, pallets and dollies is considered the industry gold standard.

Nick added: “One of the best ways to uncover what makes a Schoeller Allibert product so uniquely valuable to the supply chain is to get hands-on. We are inviting event delegates to visit us at stand 5E37, talk to our team and see the benefits for themselves.

“Naturally, our business has a reputation for quality and outstanding lifetime value, which extends to our CircuLine range too. The solutions are tested and accredited to the same exacting standards as our core range. Add in that they’re EFSA Food Safe certified, and they really do it all. We’re looking to bring the wow-factor to IMHX, so don’t miss it!”
