Cheshire-based Boughey Distribution has appointed Alex Hall as its new Finance Director. He joins from GXO Logistics and takes over the role at Boughey following the retirement of Ian Sherratt who has held the post of Finance Director for the last ten years.
Alex began his career with Wincanton as an Assistant Accountant in their foodservice business before progressing to the role of Finance Manager supporting a number of the company’s largest contracts.
In his new role, Alex will lead the company’s finance team responsible for financial planning and analysis, and accounting activities, as well as supporting the business deliver positive financial results. He will also report on Boughey’s financial performance into the NWF Group’s Board of Directors.
