Freight Logistics Solutions is delighted to announce that Zainab Latif has joined the commercial team as Commercial & Legal Manager.
An Accounting and Law graduate from Macquarie University in Sydney Zainab started her career as a commercial lawyer with DibbsBarker (now Dentons) before moving to the UK working as commercial manager within the Domino’s Pizza franchisee network gaining invaluable commercial experience alongside her legal expertise.
After four years Zainab went back into full time practice with Capital Law LLP, Cardiff qualifying as a Solicitor in England and Wales and building up a specialisation in commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and franchising. There was an opportunity to go in-house for a start-up recruitment business which she saw as a new and interesting challenge.
