Crown, one of the world’s largest material handling companies, has enhanced its customer support capabilities with the launch of a new mobile app that puts Crown’s service solution at your fingertips.

The new app enables forklift users in the UK to request a forklift service, discuss their rental needs or contact their nearest dealer – all from the convenience of their iOS- or Android-compatible smartphone or tablet. The Crown Service Request app provides fast access to Crown’s UK service and support network to ensure operators maximise uptime.

In submitting a service request, users are automatically connected to a Crown service expert who can arrange a prompt solution in keeping with the company’s excellent response times. Anyone with a support question can submit their enquiry by tapping the ‘Contact Us’ button on the app. A Crown representative will then review their enquiry and quickly make contact.

Those submitting a rental inquiry, tap the ‘Rent Now’ button and are automatically connected to a Crown representative where they can discuss their individual needs.
