Glendale Transport in South Shields has expanded its team with the recruitment of a new business development manager. Stuart McKenzie has worked in the logistics field for the past 30 years and at Glendale, which is a member of Palletways, part of the Imperial Group and Europe’s largest and fastest growing express palletised freight network, he’ll be responsible for identifying new leads and building relationships with Glendale’s key customers. He’ll report to managing director, Jamie Moore.
Stuart said: “From the vision of the managerial team, the reputation the family business has for delivering first-class customer service, plus being a member of Palletways, meant it was easy to see the appeal of joining. I’m looking forward to putting my three decades of experience to good use to grow Glendale’s order book and help to expand the business.”
