PAPERplus® Papillon 100% recycled range now includes eight colours.

It is 100% recycled and now the range is available in eye-catching colours: red, blue, yellow, green, grey, black, as well as white and kraft. The new coloured paper pads create immediate impact inside the box, and can enhance a companies’ special branding colours, combining both product protection and reflecting the value of the product.

Designed for top void fill, blocking, and bracing, the flexible Papillon protects light to medium weight products. It is ideal for packing luxury e-commerce goods from perfumes, beauty, cosmetics, and skin care products, and a wider variety of applications.

Furthermore thanks to its special, patented shape, the paper cushioning delivers optimal protection and uses up to 30% less paper per box compared to other products on the market. Benefits include – smaller pack weights, increased pack speeds and an overall improvement in warehouse output efficiencies.

Three operating modes also simplify on-demand production of paper cushioning directly at the packing station. The system features a compact, space-saving design and can be used as a stand-alone unit or easily integrated into a warehouse operation feeding multiple packing stations.

The machine has a maximum speed of 40 metres per minute and uses simple plug and play technology.
