Marcar is the exclusive distributor and stockholder of Hoesch steel sections.
These special steel profiles are developed to meet the most demanding operational requirements. They are manufactured, meeting all relevant ISO & DIN certification standards and using state-of-the-art hot rolled/hot extruded/cold drawn technology.
The special steel sections are used by forklift truck mast manufacturers but are also suitable for any other equipment where linear motion is required such as lifting, high-storage and shelving systems. All standard steel profiles come in lengths of up to 12.5m and are cut to required length. They are then ready to ship from our Coseley warehouse.
We are able to offer profiles that have been inductive hardened or shot blasted.
Stainless steel versions of most profiles can be supplied to order.
We can also offer machining of our profiles to customers’ drawings (inner/outer- left/right mast or top/bottom carriage bar castellations).
We also hold stock of combined roller bearings and plates to suit our special steel sections on offer.
