Running over four days at the NEC Birmingham from Tuesday 24th to Friday 27th September, the show brings you the best of today’s equipment and solutions for this essential part of our business and personal lives. With some 450 leading companies exhibiting, IMHX 2019 is the biggest ever show in the event’s history, with live demonstrations of the latest technological developments shaping the modern logistics industry.

If it’s forklifts you want, you can see the latest models in action in the Forklift Truck Demonstration Zone in Hall 6. Order picking has also been undergoing transformative developments over the last 25 years. Get up to date with AMHSA, who are demonstrating how the evolution of picking has delivered efficiencies, safer working practices and profitability, in the AMHSA Technology Zone on Stand 6C210.

Probably the fastest changing area on the tech front is supply chain technology, driven by the rise of e-Commerce, the growth of mobile tech, changes in buying habits and the re-modelling of existing operations to meet the new opportunities. The Logistics Solutions Forum at IMHX 2019 is designed to help end-users make informed business decisions about the latest products and developments in logistics and supply chain technology. Driven by real-life case studies, it presents high-level technical insights and experiences, offering a comprehensive, impartial overview of implementation and performance.

There are more high-level insights on offer at IMHX 2019, courtesy of some senior figures in the supply chain world. The Centre Stage Theatre, in Hall 18, is home to the IMHX 2019 Conference, featuring an inspiring speaker line-up from companies including Ocado, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Sainsbury’s and Jack Wills. The Centre Stage Theatre is also the setting for the annual Women in Logistics Conference on Wednesday 25 September. Speakers include Jennifer Swain from Clipper Logistics, talking about diversity and inclusion.

Last but not least, IMHX 2019 is also a great place for managers to think about their employees’ career development and skills. In response to concerns across the industry about the skills shortage and increasing needs to up-skill, the Skills Zone, supported by leading industry bodies such as NOVUS Trust and Think Logistics, is hosting a two-day programme of seminars and workshops for companies seeking to strengthen their workforce.

We look forward to meeting you at IMHX 2019 on the Warehouse & Logistics News stand, number 6F185.
