On behalf of Milton Group, Glenny LLP has concluded the letting of Unit 1, Priestly Way Forest Trading Estate in Walthamstow to Truman’s Brewery – one of the most renowned names in British brewing.
The single-storey detached unit comprises 35,182 sq. ft of warehouse space, with office accommodation. It is situated within the well-established Forest Trading Estate in Walthamstow, an area that has proven attractive for this type of artisan occupier due to its links to the North Circular Road.
Peter Higgins, Divisional Partner in the Business Space Agency, said: “Truman’s Brewery is an established and much-loved East London brand and we’re pleased to have secured them a new space to call home. It follows a number of similar deals to craft breweries concluded by Glenny locally, reinforcing the area’s growing appeal.”
