In 2016 the Health, Safety and Training team at Wincanton, Lea Green, completed a review of 32 Safe Systems of Work and the accompanying training package. To drive down the number of accidents and incidents, they identified a requirement to change the format of the assessments, documentation and the overall outlook towards training and development.
