Clever forward planning is the theme of the Fargo Systems stand at this year’s Multimodal show. Visitors to the stand will be able to plan where they want to be and when during the 2018 FIFA World Cup, with the Fargo Systems World Cup wall planner. The team on hand will be giving away a World Cup wall planner to everyone who visits the stand so that they can plan their movements in advance and ensure that they don’t miss any important games. The wall chart comes as part of a kit, which also includes a sweepstake sheet to aid the logistics of organising office World Cup draws. Visit the Fargo Systems stand in the usual spot by the entrance (stand number 4002) between the 1and 3 May 2018 to receive the free A1 wall planner.
Also taking place on the Fargo Systems stand this year, will be the launch of its latest TOPS solution, TOPS Anywhere. A transport planner’s dream App, TOPS Anywhere is the latest addition to the highly successful TOPS suite of logistics management tools. TOPS Anywhere is an easy-to-use App that makes it possible for transport planners and operators to access critical information for each delivery, anywhere, anytime and from any mobile device.
The App enables easy access to information in the TOPS Traffic Sheet, saving planners the hassle of having to go back to the office or boot up their laptop when a problem arises. With TOPS Anywhere planners can view the Traffic Sheet, individual job details, POD information, locate trucks and access contact numbers for drivers and customers for delivery/collection locations. TOPS Anywhere also features SMS capability which makes it possible to send key information such as ePOD URL weblinks and pin codes, via SMS to drivers and suppliers directly from the App.
