In May 2016, Gideon Hillman Consulting launched the Warehouse Auditor App which was swiftly awarded ‘Technical Innovation of The Year 2016’ at The Dorchester; and is endorsed by UKWA as the audit and reporting app and as a continual improvement tool for the warehouse sector.

The Warehouse Auditor is changing the way internal audits, asset inspections and health and safety reports are carried out.
• The Resource Optimiser is an Activity Based Planning Tool to forecast actual labour requirements against forecasted workflows to continually improve labour management and planning. The planning module enables your Warehouse Management team to plan all aspects of resource ahead of time and the management module provides you with a dynamic plan which reacts to actual events and can reallocate labour in ‘real time’.
• Instant Planner – enables our Warehouse Consultants to provide clients with bespoke and detailed scale plan view drawings, exploded 3D representations of the plan in full or in part, and an automatically generated complete bill of equipment to enable racking and MHE suppliers to provide accurate quotations for supply and installation. The ability to easily change drawings gives clients a choice of layouts to optimise workflows, enabling them to develop operational processes in line with supply chain and logistics strategy requirements.
• W2MO – Based on Google Maps, W2MO allows you to quickly create the entire network with warehouses, suppliers and final customers worldwide. W2MO offers multiple options of finding the best locations for warehouses or manufacturing sites. Depending on distances to customers and different order parameters, smart algorithms calculate optimal sites, aiming to achieve the lowest cost of entire supply chain.
