One of the UK’s leading specialist door suppliers investing in further expansion of its operations has opened a new and dedicated ‘Service & Repair Centre’ in the North East of England. Operating from Chilton in Co Durham the new centre will focus on supporting all companies in the North of England to ensure the safety and security of doors and facilities.

ARROW-RapidRoll

Neil Oliver, Managing Director of ARROW industrial Group said: “We are offering a full 24 hour, 7 day a week support programme for emergency repairs as well as working closely with facility managers with planned preventative maintenance to ensure the prolonged life of their doors with safety of paramount importance to operating personnel”

“Christmas was particularly busy with businesses, supermarkets and retails outlets operating at capacity to fulfil Christmas and New Year orders. Now cold weather and mechanical safety systems could easily cause costly downtime in production and disrupt the all important kick-start to business going forward in 2015. This is why planned preventative maintenance should be high on facility and production managers’ New Year resolution to do lists.

“Arrow will always be on hand to all companies who experience door failures, any time of the day or night to get their business flowing again. But, we will be working closely with facility managers throughout 2015 to identify and prevent failures happening. We recognise the importance of UK business being able to operate to its fullest potential in such a competitive global economy. Arrow will play its part to ensure production time and flow is fully supported by a first class maintenance and emergency service to UK industry”

Neil added: “Opening a new operation in the North of England as a dedicated Service and Repair Centre is part of the wider expansion plans for ARROW. Nationwide coverage for industry and commerce with a local service has always been our strength. We plan to continue the setting up of strategically placed operational centres in 2015. This will allow ARROW to work in even closer partnership with UK business.”

“We have a great opportunity to invest in the growing strength of our UK economy in 2015 and offer our national services locally to all major towns and cities. The ARROW name will continue to be synonymous with Service and Repair combined with lifetime support for the unrivalled ARROW industrial door and docking equipment ranges.”
