Data logging specialists, Signatrol has introduced a new multi-device graphing feature into the Pro version of its TempIT graphing and reporting software platform.

MultipleFilesGraph[5]

Multi-device graphing allows the user to superimpose up to 16 channels of data from any number of different loggers onto the same graph. Multi-device graphing can be very useful when comparing a test cycle with an ‘ideal trace’ so than any deviation from the ideal can be immediately identified.

It can also be extremely useful when taking multiple logs at different locations – inside an oven for example, and so obtaining a composite picture of the oven’s temperature profile. With this new function, warehouse mapping at multiple locations is now also possible using Signatrol’s low-cost SL50 logging devices.

The new multi-device graphing feature on TempIT-Pro software also includes a ‘Time Shift’ function which enables traces to be moved either backwards or forwards in time to allow direct overlay and comparison of different traces taken at different times. Ideal for users who wish to compare performance of different areas of a building, or performance at particular times of the day in an easy to read format.

Multi-graphing is available as a free upgrade to existing Pro users or as a chargeable upgrade for Lite users.

TempIT- Pro software is installed on a PC and interfaces with the majority of ‘stand alone’ data loggers. It is available in two versions: TempIT-Lite which is available as a free download or TempIT-Pro which includes many enhanced features such as:

• Export to spreadsheet function in CSV format

• View data in a tabular format

• Multi-Device graphing

• Automatic calculation of mean kinetic temperature (MKT)

• Automatic calculation of A0, F0 and Pasteurisation Units (PU’s)

• Add comments to graphs

• Carry out ‘time above’ temperature / value test
