The Voxter EliteEdition speech terminal boasts an impressive 800MHz processor, 256 MB RAM and 512 MB flash memory.
The 5,000 mAh lithium-ion replaceable batteries also mean that any issues with battery life, particularly in multi-shift operations, are a thing of the past as this will typically provide in excess of 12 hours continuous use in high volume operations.
Weighing in at only 250g with dimensions of 103 x 65 x 44 mm, the new Voxter Elite Edition is extremely compact and user-friendly. Combine this with the revolutionary design feature of only 1 button (the ‘on / off’ switch) it also makes it incredibly simple and convenient to use. All other functions are controlled by voice, such as volume and speed controls, for example. After all, it is a ‘Voice Terminal’.
Despite its compact design the Voxter EliteEdition is incredibly robust and suitable for all Logistics Environments both within the warehouse and out in all environments. It has an IP Rating of IP67 which means it is both Dust and Water proof. Also, it is designed to operate at temperatures of between -30°C and +45°C. So as you can see, the new Voxter EliteEdition is genuinely built to withstand all the rigors and operating environments of the modern, continuously changing Logistics Business.
Voice entry is made via a headset in Voxter Elite Edition and the user receives all necessary information from the system. Here topVOX uses its tried and tested software solution, Lydia®, and the real-time operating system developed for mobile terminals CE 6.0. Data transmission is effected via WLAN or Bluetooth.
