Jungheinrich UK Ltd has announced that it has once again achieved Investors in People (IiP) accreditation. The company was first awarded IiP status in 2009 and went through a renewal process this year.

Investors in People is a national standard which defines best practice for all aspects of developing a company’s employees.

Lucile Langrish-Smith, Jungheinrich UK Ltd’s Director of Finance and Administration, commented: “We are delighted to renew our Investors in People accreditation. We see our involvement with IiP as a long-term and on-going initiative – Jungheinrich is committed to the continual development of its people and processes.”

She added: “The accreditation is a testament to our people and, of course, to our sustained investment in skills and development. We believe that our employees, combined with our business processes and materials handling expertise, mark us out as leaders in our field.”

“The accolade also reinforces the message that Jungheinrich is a great place to work. “
