MIKE Brookes Transport has celebrated its first year with Palletforce by investing in more of the network’s livery.

The family-run haulier has had a delivery truck decked out in the striking orange branding of the UK’s leading palletised distribution network.

It comes just over a year after the Hereford firm joined Palletforce and is in addition to an orange-liveried trunk trailer already in their fleet of 28.

“Investing in the Palletforce brand not only promotes the network but also increases the profile of our business as well because the bright orange is just so unmistakable,” said Allison Brookes.

“The liveried vehicles generally travel the same routes and they are starting to be recognised, which is great for building up awareness of both companies.”

Mike Brookes set up the haulage firm 30 years ago and although he passed away in 2010, it remains a family business today with Mike’s wife, Jean, as Managing Director, his sons, Andy and Steve as Workshop and Transport Managers and his daughter-in-law Allison as Office Manager.
