Following on from the highly successful worldwide launch of the Nexen ‘’X’’ range 2.0 – 3.5 tonne I.C. counterbalance machines, Nexen has now extended the range to include 1.6 – 1.8 tonne machines.
These machines were seen for the first time at IMHX Birmingham, home of the largest ‘s UK material handling show, where they received much acclaim for their compact design and advanced features, resulting in orders filling Nexen order book for the next three months for these models alone.
Available in both Diesel and L.P.G. and offering the same class leading ergonomics and comfort along with one of the lowest costs of ownership in its class the new 1.6 – 1.8 tonne Nexen X range represents a breakthrough in lift truck technology.
Using the very latest virtual design software and techniques and selecting components of the highest specification, Nexen continues to provide quality and reliability to its worldwide customer base.
Like its big brothers the 1.6 – 1.8 tonne Nexen X range is available in 3 specification levels with multiple options including a choice of engines to ensure lowered operational costs. From Nexen’s own standard Powershift transmission to the advanced Optimal + that incorporates oil cooled disc brakes, anti roll back and controlled deceleration, system it offers assurance of the right configuration for any operation.
Ease of maintenance was paramount in the design and with the New LCD ’‘’Smartdash’’ monitoring critical operational elements, coupled with the easily accessible engine and transmission compartment, makes these new ‘’X ‘’range machines the easiest and quickest lift trucks in their class to service and maintain without the requirement for laptops.
Nexen’s policy of, genuine parts supply at similar pricing as those obtainable from replacement parts sourcing, ensures after sales parts business for its dealers. This all makes the “X” range the obvious choice for both the hire fleet and the owner operator.
4.00, 4.50 and 5.00 tonne models will shortly also be added to the range, along with seven models of compact trucks. Mid year will see the introduction of an innovative 3 & 4 wheel electric range of machines.
