This unique tracking and mapping solution has been specifically designed for the same day courier and parcel shipment sector to enable their respective customers to view and track the precise location of consignments in transit, on a map, in real time via the web. Not only does NX Insight enhance the overall customer experience, it significantly increases the efficiency of customer call centres through the reduced need for status calls and queries.
