Anglo Holt Construction has added to its distribution and logistics completions with another warehouse facility for UK Mail Group (formerly known as Business Post Group) the largest independent parcels, mail and logistics service company within the UK
The new distribution hub of 25,000 sq ft (2,323 m2) unit incorporating 3,000 sq ft (2,787 m2)) of integral office accommodation is located in Stafford’s Beaconside commercial quarter in a regeneration development for local property firm Leon Group. The pre let to UK Mail represents the first phase of a proposed overall 11 acre (4.45 ha) industrial park.
The £1.3 million contract was completed on time and on budget in 21 weeks.
UK Mail is no stranger to Anglo Holt since the construction company was responsible for the £7million investment of a 170,000 sq ft (15,793 m2) central distribution hub. The landmark building is located alongside the M6 motorway close to Spaghetti Junction, Birmingham.
