Anco Storage Equipment Ltd has introduced a new range of plastic shelf trays which are more competitive, stronger and more ergonomic in design. The biggest design change is the addition of a sprung bar at the rear of the container that acts as a handle and a backstop. The sprung backstop will work on all types of shelving that do not have reinforcing bars underneath. The bar allows the shelf tray to be withdrawn from the shelf, offering around 90% clear picking, whilst being held securely in position for the user to pick or replenish stock from within the tray.
The shelf trays have a number of design improvements, including reinforced side panels and a completely flat bottom with a reinforced skirt for extra rigidity. The bins are also designed to be stacked for improved stock management.
The shelf trays also have an improved handle at the front and a large label holder. They can be sub-divided with interlocking dividers which have space for a large label. The 117mm wide trays can be cross-divided, whilst the 234mm trays can be divided front to back or across the tray.
The shelf trays come in four depths; 300, 400, 500 and 600mm, two widths; 117mm and 234mm and are 90mm and 140mm high. They are manufactured in a light blue colour.
