ipp_esterform.jpgWith its ability to deliver high-quality pallets as and when required, one-way trip specialist IPP Logipal has been awarded a new contract with Esterform Packaging. Based in Leeds, Esterform is the largest independent converter of PET, a type of plastic, in the UK, and a market leader in producing 38 mm neck bottles for the juice sector in Europe as a whole.

The company, which was created in 1998, also designs and manufactures a range of bespoke plastic containers for the beverage, water and household chemical sectors as well as DIY products.

With a five-year investment programme, Esterform aims to ensure that capacity continues to keep pace with growing customer requirements.

As part of this investment, the packaging supplier has appointed IPP Logipal to provide a simple but reliable one-way pallet service to deliver products to leading manufacturers in the UK soft drinks industry.

With a flexible nationwide operation, IPP Logipal makes weekly deliveries to Esterform’s production facility from its Widnes depot. Once utilised, pallets are collected and inspections carried out to KPI (key performance indicator) criteria, ensuring customers receive consistently high-quality pallets.

Chosen by Esterform Packaging as its preferred pallet supplier, IPP Logipal, recently nominated for an innovation in packaging award, is rapidly gaining recognition for delivering an uncomplicated and customer focused pallet service amongst the packaging industry itself.
