UK market leader in traction battery rental, Norco Group, and Total Battery Management are delighted to announce the merger of TBM in to the Norco Group of companies. Under the terms of the deal, Norco will make a sizeable financial investment in TBM to support the growing demand from its customer base for battery extractor and transfer carriage systems. Adele Nightingale, Managing Director of TBM said: “I see this as a hugely exciting opportunity to combine the strengths, resources and experience of both teams which will enable us to deliver to the market place the most comprehensive and flexible range of products and services. I believe that  exceptional customer service and first class products are what will set us apart and ensure the continued success of the relationships we develop with our customers.”

Terry Orf, Vice President Global Sales & Marketing for BHS Global Ltd, commented: “BHS Global Ltd. is pleased that Total Battery Management (TBM) and Norco are joining forces.  The strengths of the two companies compliment each other very well.  The experience and expertise in TBM’s core group combined with Norco’s marketing will provide the ability to meet virtually any customer’s electric forklift battery or battery room need.  Together, their capabilities include everything from leased power to battery room equipment, design, and personnel.  As the battery handling equipment supplier for BHS Global Ltd we are confident that this merger will only bolster the already solid support that TBM provides.”
