There are various pallet wrapping machines in the market place and most will successfully wrap a pallet. But, how secure the product will be and how efficient the use of film will be, is at times very confusing. Loveshaw offer a consultative approach that helps people through these hurdles. The most common and most efficient turntable wrapper is a power pre-stretch wrapper. This type of wrapper stretches the film as it is applied to the rotating pallet. Commonly the stretch achieved ranges between 160-250%.
Developed with the end user in mind and with smart design, Loveshaw Europe are pleased to announce the release of a pallet wrapper that dramatically reduces ongoing maintenance costs and greatly increases operator safety whilst offering excellent stretch ratio (250%) and load stability. This all new, British designed pallet wrapper called the PALLET MASTER, promises:-
- Reduced maintenance costs, achieved by using off the shelf components and by designing out complexity with a unique guide system for the film carriage;
- Improved safety, achieved by fully enclosing the film carriage in the mast of the pallet wrapper so reducing risk for the operator and the risk of external damage to the carriage;
- Reduced operator complexity achieved by using simple buttons & dials rather than bespoke touch screen controls that are expensive to replace and program. Film threading complexity has been designed out and made very simple;
- Increased reliability, achieved by robust manufacturing and using an all steel structure. The turntable is 10mm thick which ensures minimal distortion for a smooth wrapping performance.
