Jars of English Provender Company products will soon be seen whizzing round the country after the Newbury-based sauces, condiments and chutney manufacture signed a deal to add highly distinctive livery to its transport fleet. A line-up of the company’s best- selling Very Lazy Garlic and Very Lazy Red Chillies, plus Classic Fresh Dressing, Organic Sweet Tomato and Chilli Chutney and Hot Horseradish appear along the sides of the lorries.
Motorists following the 44 tonne trailers will be able to read the slogans:
The Rocket Booster, above the picture of a bottle of Honey & Mustard Dressing, and Make a Sundae Best, illustrated by a jar of Very Lazy Raspberry Coulis.
Said Operations Director Andy Riches “We produce half a million products in our factory every single week, so these lorries are continually on the road. The slogans will hopefully bring a smile to any motorists stuck behind one of our vehicles while helping grow our brand awareness at the same time.”
