Robust, reliable and accurate, the WeighMaster 2000 is a dynamic oil pressure weighing system specifically designed for materials handling equipment including, warehouse stackers, counterbalance, reach and order picking trucks.
Suitable for most hydraulic mechanical lifting equipment with capacities up to 99000kg, the WeighMaster 2000 uses a unique oil pressure measuring block technology that equalises all pressures and forces on the truck to give an accurate and repeatable result on every lift. The scale is accurate from 99.5% to 99.75% of capacity. With no cabling in the mast and no moving parts to breakdown or wear the WeighMaster 2000 is totally maintenance free.
Additionally, the WeighMaster 2000 maintains the dimensions and capacity of the forklift truck and can be used with all fork truck attachments. It can be used in a diverse range of industrial sectors where the fluid monitoring of stock in the production or logistics process would prove beneficial.
The easy to read modern graphical backlit LCD display shows gross, tare, net, accumulated weight total values, time, date and product groups live as you work, so there is no need to scroll through menus to get information. Printers can be added or weighing data can be wirelessly transferred to a remote PC. The high specification, user friendly indicator has many software functions available as standard and is suitable for most mobile weighing applications.
