GVA Grimley has let 20,0000 sq ft at Leeds Bradford Industrial Estate. Acting on behalf of drinks manufacture Diageo, whose lease expires in 2010, Unit 8 has been sub-let to Bibby Distribution which already occupy 300,000 sq ft, and Unit 9 has been let to Garnett Paper Company who are relocating from Otley. GVA Grimley has now been appointed by the landlord The Learmonth Property Investment Company Limited along with CBRE Richard Ellis to advise on the marketing of three further inter-connecting units which will be vacate by IDS (formerly Peter Black Logistics) extending to around 205,000 sq ft.
