Two Daventry women working for a growing global logistics firm based in Crick have been promoted to more senior roles within the company, and are encouraging more women to consider roles within the logistics and warehousing industry.
Aliona Sturza and Jo Lawlor both started with Crick-based NX Group in the last three years, and have risen from administrators to Warehouse Supervisor and Account Manager respectively in that time, following recognition of their hard work and talent for organisation and management.
The NX Group employs 10 women as part of its 70 strong workforce, and is looking to increase this figure as the business continues to expand.
