Stand 10H50 in Hall 10 will focus on Briggs Equipment’s materials handling expertise with Yale and Hyster equipment. With the theme ‘Manufacturing in the UK’, Briggs will promote some of the latest product innovations along with equipment that is proudly manufactured in the UK.

Meanwhile, in Hall 12 on stand 12S95 Briggs is adopting the theme ‘Supporting UK industry’ to highlight its engineering expertise and wider capabilities.

Materials Handling Specialist On stand 10H50 Briggs will officially launch the new Yale MX counterbalance forklift. Designed to deliver hardworking performance in a variety of 2.0-3.0t capacity applications, it is especially wellsuited to secondary distribution, wholesale, retail, light manufacturing and rental. Specified with a Yanmar 2.6L diesel or PSI 2.4L LPG engine, the MX’s three model variants are engineered to provide a cost-effective alternative to Yale’s heavy duty cycle, feature-rich VX series.

Also on the Briggs materials handling stand will be a reach truck and three-wheel electric forklift from Yale’s warehouse equipment range plus a 2.5t Hyster Spacesaver and Hyster diesel forklift with cab.

They will be joined by Hyster’s Cool Truck, which features unique technology for the waste/recycling sector including a reverse fan to keep the engine clear of debris.

Les Knight, Regional Sales Director at Briggs Equipment, said: “Our aim is to show IMHX visitors how we can help them meet their materials handling challenges with cost-effective, tailor-made solutions that will improve productivity while also helping to reduce operational costs.”

‘One stop’ solutions provider Ian Tongue, National Accounts and Business Development Director of Strategic Sales at Briggs Equipment, said: “At IMHX we will be showing how, by putting customers at the heart of everything we do, we have evolved into a ‘one stop’ solutions provider that delivers real innovation and value.

“To people that think they know Briggs our message is clear – it’s time to think again.”

IMHX marks the official launch of BE Finance, Briggs Equipment’s inhouse financing capability. Purposedesigned to offer customers greater flexibility, BE Finance offers a total asset management solution, helping businesses lease everything from additional production equipment to commercial vehicles and even a complete warehouse solution.

By supporting informed planning and budgeting, BE Portal enables Briggs customers to optimise fleet performance to improve workplace safety while also protecting their investment and, ultimately, their bottom line.
