Warners (Midlands) Plc have a portfolio of magazines and websites for niche markets with specialist titles and due to their continued and rapid growth, needed extra storage space- and fast.
The Lincolnshire based company came to Aganto and a strong working relationship with Aganto National Sales Manager, Janos Szabo, helped cement the partnership along with the temporary building.
With a turnover of more than £30 million a year and employing over 300 staff, Warners also extends to exhibitions as well as magazines, catalogues and brochures. The site is fully equipped with a capable plant that can handle a fully integrated publishing service- from design, printing, and publishing to mailing and dispatch. With this amount of activity, it was clear that Warners needed to establish a strategy to manage and pre-empt the forecasted growth.
Warners needed extra storage space for printed matter, but at this stage did not want a permanent structure. Warners’ Mark Durno turned to Janos and together they decided that a dedicated storage area that can be controlled and organised efficiently and effectively, would provide an instant solution to the increasing amount of material.
A 15m x 25m x 6.2m warehouse complete with an insulated roof, single skin security cladding side walls, a roller shutter and pedestrian door was installed on site within days- yet will last many years as long as it is required.
Warners are really satisfied with their new Aganto temporary building. Mark Durno explains, “Aganto provided a very quick and professional service and we are delighted with the end result.”
