PAKTOOL 2000A, 2000AE, 2000B EFFICIENT, SEMI-AUTOMATIC PALLET STRETCHWRAPPERS
This new range of Pallet Stretch-wrapping machines provides a real opportunity to introduce automation and efficiencies in any pallet wrapping environment. Our standard range of machines includes manual film tension control, electromagnetic film tension control and a power pre-stretch model to cater for a range of applications and budgets. All are available with a number of options for specific requirements including a robust stainless steel construction, integral scales and slotted turntables for use with pallet trucks. These machines are very simple to use, including a programmable control panel with functionality to store up to ten unique memorised wrap cycles. It can then be locked with password protection leaving the machine set up and easily operated via a start and stop switch should you need to stop the machine before it automatically does so. All machines are fully supported in the UK with stock held of all wearing parts.
PAKTOOL COMPACT, SEMI-AUTOMATIC STRAPPER
This is an effective, compact, every day use strapping machine, built for simplicity of operation, reliability and great value. This machine is easy to load with an exposed coil holder and will feed at the touch of a button, making reloading this machine quick and straight forward. It includes a reel brake for ultimate control and electronic tension control for safe and reliable functionality. The operational controls are equally effective and simple with a dial for strap length and tension control.
PAKTOOL VERSATILE, AUTOMATIC CASE TAPER
A very versatile case taping machine which is capable of coping with multiple carton sizes using top and side belts to safely drive the product through, thus sealing in a consistent, uniform and speedy manner. Accurate and consistent positioning of the drive belts is achieved using a measured manual adjustment and tape is easily reloaded with the removable magazines.
