UK’s leading material handling company, Linde, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Sullivan as the new Head of Customer Service based in Linde’s Basingstoke office.
Mark brings over 30 years of experience to the role following a 25 year career with the company.
Mark first started working for Linde in 1988 when held the role of field service engineer. Since then he has worked as regional manager for Linde-South Africa, product support and service director and most recently head of Used and STR trucks; where Mark highly improved profitability and rolled out national standards and processes.
Mark said: “I am delighted to have been promoted to this role and am looking forward to embarking on this new challenge as head of aftersales. After more than 20 years at Linde, I feel confident that I can draw from my experience in a range of sectors within the company, to offer Linde customers an even better service.
“My aim is to develop on the activity managed by my predecessor and to improve on our outstanding service in the UK and to grow the operation in 2014.”
Mark’s experience in managing product proposition and delivery has enabled him to acquire a wealth of knowledge about the range of products Linde offers which will allow Mark as head of aftersales to understand and develop the needs of customers.
Mark will now be responsible for heading up customer services in the UK and ensuring that Linde customers continue to receive only the highest standards when it comes to delivery, parts, training and support.

Mark currently lives in Winchester and is a qualified engineer with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Kingston University.
