Wales & West Utilities Ltd, a regulated gas distribution business valued at £1.2 billion covering a sixth of the UK, has commenced their Outsourced Logistics Contract tender process. Wales & West have appointed Gideon Hillman Consulting Ltd, with their specific Logistics and Supply Chain experience and expertise in the Utilities Sector, to develop the scope of the outsourced logistics requirements through detailed analysis of the Wales & West Supply Chain and Logistics operations. Gideon Hillman Consulting are also required to develop an evaluation process to ensure that the best Logistics partner solution is available and offered to Wales & West through the competitive tender process.
