Market leading co-packer IPS (Integrated Packing Services Ltd) received the highest award possible – an AA* rating – in a recent unannounced BRC Food Accreditation audit.
IPS is the first co-packing business to achieve AA* recognition under the new BRC food system. It is believed that at present no other company in its sector has achieved this grading.

I’m very proud of our team at IPS Featherstone too, this was their first unannounced audit,” said Andrew Dawson, IPS Managing Director, “Our AA+ rating reinforces our commitment to continual improvement in food safety, product and process control, site standards and personnel. It sets a benchmark for our sector.”
BRC Global Standards complimented IPS specifically on the quality of the systems and protocols at Featherstone. IPS is looking now to raise the bar by improving standards still further across its network of sites to maintain its leadership position and fulfill its Company Vision.
