CK International have made a number of successful installations of fully automatic twin ram balers in the last year.

With landfill taxes high and uncertainty over future increases, it is becoming more cost effective for waste recyclers to bale and export RDF. Twin ram automatic balers can streamline bale production and dramatically increase profitability.

CK International supply solution based, high quality twin ram balers that can be customised to the clients’ requirements. The balers are expertly designed by highly qualified engineers using modern design techniques. CK International can offer a complete solution – conveyor, baler and wrapper and integrate it with an MRF plant.

Customer feedback has been very positive for our twin ram installations. High throughputs are being achieved with the balers being fed by a loading shovel, selector grab or conveyor.

Customers are achieving very high density bales. The RDF bales produced are wrapped and can then be exported in containers or ships. Transport loads of up to 28-30T are being achieved for curtain-siders which reduces transport costs for waste recyclers. The large mill sized bales produced by the CKTR121XL reduces strapping, wrapping, handling and transport costs.

There is the option of fitting wire or polyester strapping systems which provides the opportunity to bale different materials including SRF, MSW plastics, PET and other recovered materials. CK International have a number of fully automatic baler reference sites throughout the UK and site visits can be arranged on request.
