What are your best-known products/solutions/services?
Our strength is the breadth of engineering expertise we offer. We deliver everything from electrical and network infrastructure to access control, CCTV, workplace technology and utility-scale solar.
Some customers come to us for a single discipline, while others need support across multiple areas. Bringing those services together helps simplify projects and deliver solutions that work as a whole rather than in isolation.
Which industry sectors are your customers in and which ones are growing fastest?
Manufacturing and logistics remain a major part of our business and continue to see strong growth, with organisations investing in safety, infrastructure and operational efficiency.
We’re also seeing increasing demand from commercial property, renewable energy and critical infrastructure, particularly where businesses are modernising existing facilities or preparing for future growth.
What are your most recent products and innovations?
One of our biggest areas of innovation has been intelligent monitoring. We’ve expanded into AI-powered hazard detection, PPE compliance monitoring and fibre optic perimeter protection, helping customers improve safety while gaining better visibility of operations.
We’ve also achieved Schneider Electric EcoXpert accreditation, becoming one of a select group of accredited partners in the UK authorised to design and build Schneider low-voltage switchgear.
What are the major trends and developments affecting your category and your customers, and how are you responding?
Customers need to improve safety, reduce energy consumption, strengthen security and keep operations running efficiently, all while managing costs.
What we’re seeing is a move towards smarter infrastructure. Rather than simply installing equipment, businesses want technology that provides better insight and supports quicker, better-informed decisions. That’s why we’ve continued investing in intelligent monitoring, renewable energy and integrated engineering solutions that deliver practical benefits rather than technology for technology’s sake.
Can you tell us about any recent customer contracts and how you helped the customer meet their challenges?
A customer wanted to monitor occupancy across a busy car park. The conventional approach involved installing sensors beneath every parking space and significant civil works.
Instead, we designed a camera-based solution that achieved the same result without excavation. It reduced disruption, lowered installation costs and delivered accurate, real-time occupancy data more quickly. For us, that’s what engineering is about, finding a smarter way to solve the problem.
How does business in 2026 compare to previous years? What’s your strategy for succeeding in the current climate?
Customers are looking for flexibility. Some projects need straightforward solutions, while others require completely bespoke designs.
We always start with the customer’s requirement rather than the technology. If an off-the-shelf solution is the right fit, we’ll recommend it. If a project needs something engineered from the ground up, we have the in-house capability to deliver it.
What’s the latest news from your company?
We’ve welcomed new customers, expanded the team and continued to grow our presence across the UK.
We’ve been involved in some exciting projects, from utility-scale solar developments and battery energy storage facilities through to major electrical infrastructure programmes. Achieving Schneider Electric EcoXpert accreditation has also been an important milestone, reflecting our continued investment in electrical engineering capabilities.
Can you tell us about any areas where you’re currently making technical advances?
We’re deploying intelligent hazard detection systems that identify forklift and pedestrian interactions, PPE non-compliance and restricted area breaches in real time. We’re also expanding our work in fibre optic perimeter detection, renewable energy and battery storage as customers look to strengthen both security and sustainability.
Are you investing in staff training and skills development?
Absolutely. Engineering is constantly evolving, so investing in our people is just as important as investing in technology.
We continue developing our engineers across electrical infrastructure, renewable energy, security systems and workplace technology. This is supported by a dedicated training facility where engineers gain hands-on experience before deploying new technologies in the field, alongside an experienced Training and Compliance Officer who oversees competency development and compliance.
Are you taking part in any major trade shows? Can you tell us what you’ll be exhibiting there?
We’re not exhibiting at trade shows this year, but members of our team will be attending industry events including Solar & Storage Live, the Smart Buildings Show and IntraLogisteX.
